Perfect when not pregnant if other jeans waist is too small
I've tried on probably 100 pairs of jeans. All the jeans that people say are good if the waist is too small for you normally, none of those fit me. I'm 5'11" 150 lbs, 30 inch waist and 40 inch hip. Most jeans that fit me in the hip and leg are two sizes too small for my waist. And don't get me start...ed on the horrendous high waist jean trend. I can't wait for low rise jeans to come back in style so I can find comfortable jeans again. The pregnancy panel on these jeans is extremely tight. I ordered size 28 long in the indigo color. I could hardly stand to have the panel on my non-pregnant body because it was so restricting. But once I cut it out, I had a great fitting pair of jeans. The front rise is perfect. I do wish that the back rise was one inch lower or so, so that the angle from the back rise to the front wasn't so dramatic, but it's fine. It's either this or I will literally have to wear only athletic leggings for the rest of my life, so I'll gladly take it.

Don't buy - don't fit
These maternity jeans are terrible. They are basically a pair of regular jeans (normal, non maternity-sizing) with a big waistband panel sewn in - but because the waistband of the actual jeans portion has no stretch, if you don't fit into the jeans portion anymore, the stretchy panel is useless. I b...ought these a size up, have not gained much weight and at 26 weeks they already don't fit. What a waste. Purchased and tried on a month or two ago before the belly had popped and they fit. Wore them once yesterday now that I need actual maternity jeans and was uncomfortable the entire time.

The jeans fit my legs, hips, and bum well. I am tall and thin with a long torso and straight hips (5 foot 8. Normally a 38 inch hip and a 32 inch waist). I normally wear a 31/32 Levi's 311 for the intense stretch that works for my body.
I ordered a 31/32 in these GAP jeans. The problem is the waistband. It has no stretch. I also bought they same size in the girlfriend jeans and the waistband works well. The other problem is that thee waistband is too short for my long torso. Could maybe get a tailor or freind handy with sewing to modify the jeans for you.

Sizing is tricky but they are really cute. Pre pregnancy size 28, ordered size 29 and they fit a bit big in the waist but perfect everywhere else.

I absolutely hated these pants! I ordered a size larger just to get some extra comfort but apparently just because you order larger size pants does not mean the size of the maternity band comes larger too; I struggled to get the maternity band past my thighs but the waist of the pants themselves were loose. Gap pants have been an issue for me because they do not accommodate curves but I thought buying larger pants would help but they don't. I was so uncomfortable that I asked to leave work early just to get the heck out of these pants. It sucks that I bought 2, such a waste of money, if I could give negative stars I would give these pants -5.
