runs small fits snug

I got a M Tall, I'm normally a medium top in Gap, sometimes a L, sometimes a small. I'm average 5'6 150, 36C. the armholes were snug, not tight, but not comfortable (I dont have large arms). The length, of a tall hit just below my natural waist. I'd say this would count as a crop if I raised my arms...

It would be cute if it was longer. It is too cropped (even the Tall), to the point that I would classify it as a "tall bra".
