The jacket is beautiful, but I had to drop $30 at the dry cleaners because it arrived in a crumpled mess jammed into a small bag. No steamer could get out those wrinkles! If Gap wants to get into higher end clothing, perhaps they could take a little time to thoughtfully prepare the items for shipping. Super annoying.

This is the textile I was looking for in the trench coat . & The body is lined with cotton also . I really hope they release a second phase with this material (also black or navy blue please!) The only con for me is that they lined the sleeves in polyester. Otherwise it's finally, finally what I was hoping to see from this collection.

I am 5' 9", pear shaped and usually wear size 8 or medium. I read the comments and bought this jacket in a large. Mistake! It was loose. I should have taken my usual medium. I must also add that my stomach is flat, if this is not the case with you, you may need to size up. I took off a star because the jacket arrived wrinkled all over.

absolutely love. fits like a glove. usually XL but took XXL due to fitted nature. feel like a million bucks in it. cuffs do not have the hand stitching as shown in pix. lapels do. love love love it.
