Bought this for my daughter a week ago, it says the backpack is sturdy in the description, but the straps already ripped!! She's in first grade so not a lot to carry!! Disappointed in the quality!!! Expected better from Gap!!

Purchased the Hello Kitty clear backpack and lunch box for my daughter. It is extremely cute and adorable. However from a practical standpoint- the material is very stiff. Hard to open to fit all of her school materials inside. Also extremely difficult to put the matching lunchbox inside backpack. The clear material on both lunchbox and backpack stick together and it's frustrating for my daughter who struggles to get things out of her backpack without having to take everything out. The strap where she hangs her backpack on a hook is already ripping. The look is five stars but the actual product I would maybe rate a 2.

I use gap since my kids are born. I have 9 years old and 4years old. I purchased every single things from gap for them for myself and I still do. This backpack it's really cool shiny easy to clean my daughter's love it. She wears them to school. Every single day. Light weighted looks cool. Awesome. Highly recommended.
