Very cute dress that feels well made and durable, but also very comfortable. I have an apple-shaped body, and it hides my mid-section well while showing off my more toned legs. I'm 5'1" and 140lb, have a tummy and size 36C chest but toned arms and legs -- the petite M fit perfectly. I would definite...ly consider this a "mini", so take note if you're not comfortable going that short or get a longer fit instead (i.e. regular, tall). My only complaint is that bending down or reaching my arms up will show my panties, so I will not be doing that while wearing :)
The proportions are off for me (36D on top and 28/M on the bottom). Maybe it would work if you have larger hips and a smallish top. Note that buttons are very copper and stand out quite a bit. Fabric is thick and soft, but feels a little flimsy.

It is the perfect dress to wear in any season. I ordered both petite and regular sizes, and surprisedly I did prefer the regular one. I am small (5 feet 3) and the length was perfect for me. Furthermore, I am happy that I ordered both because usually petite is much better, but this one was not. Both were XS too.

I had been on the hunt for a casual denim dress to wear in the fall and winter and I found a winner! It's slightly oversized, which I like. I'm usually a S/M and ended up buying the M for a roomier fit. I've worn a few times and found the fabric to be on the softer side and didn't encounter any wrinkles throughout the day.
