I bought the Small but the medium could've worked as well because the waist is tight because there isn't a whole lot of stretch. The dress looks like it's buttoned down all the way but it's not. The waist area has fabric inside so it's fully closed. This does help pinch the waist, which makes it loo...k great. I got a regular but it does run a little short. I'm 5'4 140lb 36B.
Looking at this dress it looks super cute but i don't know who designed it but no thought went into it at all. The buttons down the front are fake half way down so there is no unbuttoning it to get into it, you have to slip it over your head which gets stuck half way. Once on the waist actually is...n't snatched at all, almost looks too big but if you got a smaller size its even harder to get over your head. Just an overall poor design. Too bad because it looks like a cute dress with alot of potential.

It was very cute on. The puffy sleeves with a cinched waist makes it very stylish. I wasn't sure about the bubble around the bottom of the dress. Although, I saw other women wearing a hemline similar to this and they looked great. I ended up getting it and very happy. It's very comfortable.

The dress itself is very cute. However, I had to go a size up in order to be able to get my arms through and the dress over my head. Consequently, the dress does not have the tailored look I desire. I'm glad I purchased it on sale.
