The denim is soft and not crunchy like some other kids' denim material. I love that Gap offers slim fit waist in some items, which is what made these attractive to us. We may buy a second pair!

Great quality and nice fabric, but my son wants them to be big and long like past his knee a little bit and these don't even come close. So if your son wants them to be extra long these are not it.
