I like the ruffle socks very much. It's not that they have ruffles, which is ok, but rather that they're high enough to not slip down into the shoe. Especially for the summer, I really like the white ones that (only) come with the black ones. I'd buy more of them, but I don't want to buy even more black socks that I don't wear. I do see they sell white socks without black ones, but those are different - they're ribbed, which will probably be way too hot as most ribbed clothing is, really for all seasons, but especially for summer. But because they are 80% cotton, I'll try them one time and see.
