Even though this is a very baggy shirt, it lays wonderfully, and the material is extremely comfortable. Since I think it will shrink a little bit, I am keeping the size small that I purchased. But it does fit a little large larger than maybe expected. I am 5'1", 139 pounds and usually I'm a small... petite in gap size. I purchased a small because I wanted it to be a little longer.
I loved this shirt so much when I received it- The fabric was light and it felt good- I washed it once, in cold water- on gentle and went to hang it to dry- and it was coming loose at the seam in the shoulder. It looked as it hadn't been sewn properly- I returned the item almost 15 days ago a...nd I still haven't received my refund or any type of information other than wait until AFTER 15 days and then we can help you- I'm so disappointed, not only that the shirt didn't have the quality I had hoped for,, but the time it's taking after shipping it back in order to get my refund.

The body of the shirt was oversized, but not as much as the sleeves, which made it unwearable for me. I usually wear somewhere between an XS and a S in tops, depending on the style and fabric, so I ordered an XS in this shirt. The shirt's sleeves were so long and wide that there was too much fabric even to roll them up. I buttoned them at the wrist, but they still fell past my fingers and were way too blousy.
