Last year Gap sold the Terry cloth short. This year it's the French Terry, a slight bit more formal. I like this short - and have purchased it in the off white and black. I also got the navy blue but really didn't like the distressed look.

I like the comfort but design is alittle funky when you fold over the waist band the tag sticks out & the crotch area is too long
