Bag handle breaks once bag is half full

I was obsessed with this bag when I got it for my every day work bag to throw my laptop and wallet etc in. Until the snaps came undone walking across the street and it fell off my shoulder. And then it happened again, and again, and again, even when I don't have any heavier items in it. I have the strap tied in a knot and it's sitting in the closet in the event I ever have a need (??) to use it. But I'm really bummed.

I love it! Great quality for the price! Size is big, so it can fit anything you need!

What I like/love: vegan leather; the color (I love a red that doesn't scream look at me); the size (I needed to fit everything I had in my previous purse without it feeling all crowded); the strap (wide enough to not feel like it's digging into your shoulder - and adjustable!). What could be better: the inner pocket as someone else mentioned (have to choose between my keys and phone going in there); questionable sewing quality (threads are already breaking in two spots). But overall, very happy with this bag!

I liked the size of this tote bag. It holds my laptop and some other papers etc for me to take to work. It doesn't get too heavy either. Glad I made the purchase.
