Fabric is super important to me in clothing and these flair yoga-like pants are both of a soft and yet heavy material. I tried both a S & XS, and the XS fit perfectly with an added bonus of the proper long length. I bought the only XS in the store & I came home and ordered another pair in the same c...olor, a beautiful blue. The quality of the fabric is so nice I ordered them in black even though they are on backorder till July. It's hard to find a nice quality (FLAIR) yoga pants. I do wish there were more flair styles to choose from.
These pants are way too long. The GAP must be using the electronic or iphone's measurement device to arrive at 30.5 inches in length. My dressmakers tape says 33 inches. If they had been 30.5 as advertised, I'd have kept the pants and been overjoyed to find them. Shame on you but hope this review he...lps save others trying to figure out what happened. If you cut the 2 inches off the bottom, they will not have the same nice shape, youd have to slim down the whole leg for them to look right. The Petite doesnt seem to appear to be much shorter Lets hope they go back to using the old school measuring devices. :) Electronic measuring devices dont bend lines, and peoples' legs are not a perfectly straight line. The waist size of medium seemed very,very true to size. The hassle free return policy came in handy.

LOVE! The length is so good & the fabric is great. I had to size up to a medium because small was sold out so there is room in the waist but totally wearable!

I'm 4'11 and have a hard time finding clothes that fit me. These leggings fit great and are not too long on me. Best to wear going out with shoes ( one's with platforms) I did wear them with shoes without platforms and they ends of the pants didn't drag on the ground so that was a plus!

I have been looking for a decent pair of flare leggings for years, and these are great! The material is just the right thickness, and the regular length is perfect for my height. I am 5'8 and sometimes regular is too short and longs are too long, but these are great in regular length. I size up in these because the rise is high and I carry weight in my belly.
