I really like these barrel jeans. I will note they are the only barrel jeans I have tried before. I usually wear a size 24/25 waist Jean and the xs was still a bit loose. It has a drawstring so I did that up for some more security but unfortunately there is no smaller size option.

When I first tried them on, I was surprised at how wide they are throughout. The drawstring makes them easy to wear and super comfy. I bought two more pairs in the denim and two pairs in the tan for spring & summer. Some people compliment and some laugh at how baggy they are. I feel great in them and move freely without restriction. Keepers

The size chart is off. It says that I should be wearing an XXL tall but it was absolutely massive and extremely long even for my 33-1/2 inch inseam. I sized down to an XL Tall and those are great. Still baggy and comfy just the way I wanted (I could possibly even get into a Large). These are very comfortable, have extra deep pockets and a fully functional drawstring waist. Just remember to size down. 5'9"/ 228#

These fit large, I ordered another in an XXL Tall which is what I should be wearing according to the size chart, but those were massive and actually too long for my 33-1/2 inseam. I then ordered these XL Talls which were still on the loose side. The legs are very wide and baggy so make sure that that is look you're going for. I bought them for travelling and lounging in. I feel like I could almost go down to a large but was afraid that the hips and butt area would be tight. Unfortunately, I can't find any store with stock in L where I can actually try them on so having to order and return is a bit of a pain. I'll be keeping the XL Tall since the drawstring can be tightened and the length is perfect, hits the ground with no shoes.. I'll be wearing them with sneaker. 5'9"/ 228lbs.

The jeans themselves would be 5 stars. I deducted a star because according to the size chart I should be in an XXL Tall which is what I ordered for this pair. They are massive. I ordered a different colour in XL Tall and even that is fitting a little loose. I kept those for days that I want something comfy as the drawstring can be tightened. The XXL is going back. (5'9"/228 lbs). For taller ladies the Tall version is great, the XXL Tall was actually too long for my 33-1/2" inseam but the XL Tall fit perfectly; just above the ground with my somewhat platform sneakers on. These are relatively soft, not stiff and have really deep pockets. I hope this review helps others.
