I purchased the medium and they fit true to size I would say (I'm between a size 6-8 in jeans). They are so soft and comfortable and have pockets which is always a plus! They do run very long, I'm 5'1 and wanted the black color which was not available at the time of purchase so these will need hemme...

Im 5'10, DDD, and about size 8 and I ordered these in a M tall and they are to the floor which I LOVE!!!! I'm so obsessed with this set I bought it in the stripe, the white, and the beige! It's so perfect for travel, or like a family bbq in the summer when you want to be covered. Very flattering. I can't recommend enough. I LOVE the feel of these tanks and pants. I bought the top in 4 colors and the pants in the coordinating light brown color. The white and black and white striped have held up well, but I have not found the brown and pink to wash well. The brown top faded on first walk (delicate cycle, cold water) and no longer coordinates with the bottoms. The pink is holding on to sweat stains that I have not been able to remove with any of my typical methods. I was excited to wear these all summer long but I'm pretty bummed that two of the shirts are no longer wearable.
