The product description says these jeans have a 9" rise, but they actually have an 8.5" rise. That half inch does make a difference in how they look. I didn't like the too literal throwback look of these jeans. Going back.

Got these in a petite size. I'm 5 ft 2in and these are a great length. I was looking for low rise jeans because being short and having a shorter torso, high rise just hits me in all the wrong spots. These are exactly what I was hoping for! I also got these in a darker wash and love them. If you have a body type like mine, I highly recommend these!

I've bought a few pieces here and there last year and was pleasantly surprised by the design and quality but I decided to write a review for these low rise jeans because they are my favorite. I love a good low rise but it's been challenging trying to find one that isn't juvenile especially at my age. These are not your Y2K style hip baring pair. These are much more refined and classy. They hit right below the navel with slightly higher rise on the back giving your derrière a good coverage. TTS. These are true straight leg pair and very flattering on the legs. There is a hint of stretch and tends to stretch out a bit so you must wash and dry these after a wear or two. I seriously hope there are more varieties in this cut because in my book these are the perfect jeans.

I am 5'11 so ordered the tall which was perfect length. I was very excited for a low rise jean again but I had so much gapping in the back on me. Perhaps a curvy option could've helped with this? Sadly had to return.
