These are super comfortable and easy to wear. I do light weights and yoga in these and they're perfect.
These shorts are very soft and great for doing errands but in terms of exercising, the waist is a bit on the looser side, and the legs roll up with movement. If you are lending or squatting they are see through when the fabric is under tension. I sized up and it was still an issue.

These are great shorts - super comfy and good for workouts. I wear them to yoga and I don't spend the whole class having to pull and tug them down. I would caution you to be careful with the drawstring as it can look a bit odd if its done too tight and it gets tangled within the lining sometimes.

Never owned bike shorts that had that adjustable string inside the band, but I quickly got used to it. It seems to have helped a bit with rolling. It has a card pocket on the back, but I haven't used it. A side pocket for a phone would be ideal.

I sized up to a SP. I usually wear an XSP, but in spandex material, I prefer to size up. I will probably end up buying the longer version as well. I am 5'2", 108lbs.
