Yes, it runs small. I ordered Tall and barely hit my navel. Medium normally can be loose on me up top but not the case with this one. Lightweight & soft though

It's nice. The fabric is great. I wish the arm holes were not so exposing. I'm short so the length of the garment is perfect.
