I'm 5'11 and purchased a medium tall. Straps are so short, even let out all the way that I can barely wear them- they pull the bodice up under my arm pits. #sweepstakes I was drawn to this for the shape and color and they both deliver what I wanted. The slight dip in the front of the waistband is kind of a trend right now, but I feel it will look dated in just a few years. I normally wouldn't buy anything with removable straps as I'm paranoid about them falling off and I would never wear this as a tube dress, but it is what it is. The material is nice and thick on the top and lighter and breezy on the bottom without being see-through thin.. Pockets are great, length is full to my ankles as a 5'2" shorty.

The dress is strap or strapless but due to the top being loose, I don't think it'll stay up as a strapless. I love the skirt part with pockets though. Unfortunately I have to return it.
