I love this dress! I needed something for my bachelorette/rehearsal dinner and this will be perfect. So flattering. I will say the sizing is different than previous gap purchases. I ordered a black strapless dress last season in a large petite and the fit is perfect. I ordered this dress in a large ...petite and it was very loose. I ended up sizing down to a medium petite and the fit is exactly what I was hoping for! So maybe size down in this.
Based off the comments i went with a small (I wear a small or medium in gap depending on the item). The top of the dress is insanely large and I am a D cup. Even with my padded bra on it was loose. I tried on the straps, to hook them on was a struggle in itself but once on, they are short and they ...lift up the top of the dress making the top lopsided. Sad because the rest of the dress was gorgeous. Would not recommend this

This dress is beautiful. It is not see through, which is great for a white dress. I think I will have to return because it doesn't fit me perfectly in the busts otherwise it would be perfect.

I like the blue version of the dress with its soft mixed media fabrics. And it has pockets! I'm glad I followed the reviews and went with the smaller size (I'm between sizes at GaP at the moment) as you want it to be fitted up top. This dress is awkward for me to put on and get it situated. The straps sometimes revolt. Once it's positioned It's pretty comfortable and very breathable.
