Buyer beware - if you loved the cotton hipster, these are not for you.
These are made of the same soft fabric as the prior version of GAP organic cotton high rise hipster; however, that's where the similarities end. The waistband on these is thin and tighter (the thick waistband was a cute accent on the hipster and was very comfortable), and the legs are higher cut and ride up on the booty as they are a brief. Because they are brief underwear, the lines can be seen under clothing, while the hipsters were nearly invisible and could be worn under almost anything.
The only reason I purchased these was it looks like GAP is not longer making my favorite underwear, the hipster, and I was hoping I could make these work instead. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing again and will have to look elsewhere for underwear.
