Gap suggested ordering pre pregnancy size which for me is 27, but skeptically I ordered a 29 and unfortunately they were still too small. They are also pretty long. I am 5'6" and ordered a regular length, but would have needed to hem them a few inches. I am ordering a 30 and 31 short hopeful that these will work out because I do like the material and shape of the jeans.

These are great! Fair warning: I am 5'11 and ordered a tall, as most pants are high-waters on me. These drag the ground unless I am wearing my docs or chunky loafers (Hokas work too). Those are my three main shoes, so I am happy with that, but wanted others to know! 10/10 for comfort.

I ordered a 26 long. My usual size not pregnant is a 24/25. The jeans were very soft and the belly band area was soft as well and had the perfect amount of compression. It didn't feel too tight at all. The pants are also adjustable at the waist if the 26 is too big, but I did not have to use the adjuster. They are very comfortable and if there were more washes I would purchase more pairs.

I was excited these came in tall but excitment quickly led to total disappointment. Gap has a hard time getting maternity fit to be flattering and these jeans are pretty much awful. Tried 2 sizes and am returning both.

Waist band should still have a slight stretch as you're still pregnant and puts pressure on your bladder making you need to pee even more. Loved that I finally could get a pair of non-skinny jeans in maternity sizing though
