I have other size small tanks from Gap but this one fits very, very snug. I like the double-lined, double-thick feeling of the fabric, it's very smoothing, but it makes it tight across the chest. The fit reminds me of a workout top. The length is great for me, I normally wear petite but I like a lon...g-crop, so the regular was perfect, it hits right above the belly button, so it meets the tops of my high waisted jeans for a peek-a-boo crop.
As other reviewers have said the double layer of fabric does make less see through but I found chest too tight and as I'm a small chested person so didn't prefer to be flattened out more. I would have sized up but the strap and waist area would have been too loose as they were not tight like chest.

I bought this tank in every color! It is so flattering and goes well under a cardigan or by itself. I little more casual with the small ribbed fabric, but a great tank! I am usually a medium but purchased a large so it wouldn't be too clingy.

I love the Gap so was very surprised at the quality of these tanks. I purchased 3 for my vacation and 2 of them were delivered with holes in them. One was final sale so I can't even return. Thankfully I got them at a very cheap price. I do not recommend.

I bought this in a large instead of my regular medium so it wouldn't be too tight and it's perfect! It hits right below the waist band of my jeans. Perfect piece to wear alone or layer! Bought every color!
