I should be a 28 according to the size chart so I ordered a 27 and 28. Both are too big. They don't seem like mid rise on me though but hopefully will in the correct size. The regular size had no room in the crotch but moving up to tall made these wide, long and baggy. Wish there was a true 4 inch length in tall. Also, big in the waist.
