This is great basic skirt. I'm a true medium and bought the medium. It fits a little lower on my hips and I probably could have gotten away with the small but I prefer the medium sizing as I can wear it a lower slung.

I purchased large tall. It fits true to size. Not sure I like the drawstring waist. It's really meant to be worn a little lower on the waist. If you bring it up higher it gathers in a funny way around the waist. It's fully lined but still a bit see through. Now I'm trying to find a top to wear with it. Everything is cropped so I'm struggling with that. I suppose buying the top shown with the skirt might help but I'm not looking to show my mid drift. Hence four stars. Price is high for the quality too.
