So sick of gap's sizing issues

Gap needs to stick to numerical sizing for all of their clothing. I purchased this in a medium tall. It is snug in the waist and hips, and HUGE in the bust. Like comically large, completely swimming in it. For reference I'm 5'11 and 150 pounds and a 27" inseam and 34B bust.

I wanted to love this dress so much and I do the dress itself is beautiful and so nice. But I have to return it because it is three sizes smaller on the bottom than it is on the top. So from the waist up it's way too big and from the waist down it's way too tight and the craziest part about that is that I am way smaller from the waist down than I am from the waist up so everything I buy I always have the opposite problem.

I absolutely loved the print. By far the nicest denim print i've ever seen. Dress was of good quality but I didn't like the cut on me. PLEASE USE THIS DENIM ON OTHER ITEMS! I want a jacket!
