The fabric is a little odd, but the cut of this dress is great. At 5'4, it is above my knees but still acceptable for work. I sized up to a small because the xs fit me but it was clinging to every lump on my body. The small was only a little looser but way more flattering.

Maybe I missed it in the description but the material is a jersey type of material which is a bit clingy and heavy for summer. Not light at all, I'm expecting it to be pretty uncomfortable in the middle of summer. It's also clingy, not like a true polo style so even if you're really fit and in shape, some slimming under garments are probably necessary - again, hot for summer. The color is pretty though - I got it in yellow. The sleeves have a nice length to show off your arms. I'm also short so the length is also just right, which I appreciate. Had I seen this in the store, I would have left it. But I'm also not going to send it back.
