I'd bought a pair of these and liked them so much, I bought another. And, after further reflection, bought two more pairs. To make room, I donated all the other jeans I owned. So yeah, I like them.
I sent in a return for credit to my account, and a week later Gap said THEY made and error and gave me an eGift card. They said if I wanted to fix THEIR error I would have to go to their website and email their chat bot. After 15 minutes with the chat bot lady she ok fixed, I will send an email. I never got the email. 3 hours later I called in to customer support, explained things and she ok fixed, I have to wait 10 days. Wow. I asked to I get an email confirmation, she said no. So now I have to wait 10 more days to get my account credited. If it ever does. Bad business GAP.
