LOVE But Really OVERSIZED! SIZE DOWN!
I hope this review helps others find the right size. This is my 3rd purchase of these pants to get the size right. When they fit, they're incredible, but wait until they are on sale which is what I did. I'm 5'5" and weigh 180 and my normal size is an XL or 1X depending on the brand. But in these pan...ts, a Medium fits me perfectly. I first bought an XL which was ridiculously huge and too long. I then bought a Large Petite which was still too big but now too short. I finally purchased a size Medium Regular Length and they fit incredibly. To address other reviews: these pants don't really look like jeans on me but very well made sweatpants. Second, they are true French terry and the weight is moderate. Third, they are not "baggy" as the title suggests but have a very wide leg. The sizing is very off. The waistband of these pants is very big and expands a lot. My waist is just over 40 inches and the medium size I just received measures only 30 inches but they fit great - which probably seems off but they do. Not only do they fit around the waist, they do not bind at all and are very comfortable. And the hips and rear fit well (42 inches on the medium), with the length just touching the floor (29 inch inseam on the medium).It seems that with these particular pants, the larger the size the bigger the waistband, the wider the leg, and the longer the inseam. I don't understand why an XL would be so much longer and wider in the legs. I suggest sizing down about 2 sizes, and know that the larger sizes have very expansive waists with no drawstring to keep them up (there are belt loops however), much wider legs, and a much longer inseam. Also, they are color washed, meaning that the color is lighter than the photos.The navy has a faded look to it and so does the black. They are incredibly comfortable, well made, and extremely good looking when you find the right size and length. Good luck!

Large and Baggy
Runs very large, had to size down two sizes and still decided to return. It's great if you want heavy and baggy sweatpants but they don't really look like jeans.
I am 53 years old, 5'3", and wear an XS on top and usually a small on the but sometimes an XS. I went with the XS as recommended in other reviews and am glad I did! I'm also relieved I went with the petite length. They do hit the floor with sneakers but they don't drag or bunch at my feet. I got the faded black ones because they were the only color available in my size when I ordered. I think they will look even more put together once I buy a belt to go with them. Finally, my only hesitation before buying these was the heavyweight mentioned about the fabric but I think they are fine and I will definitely feel comfortable wearing them during the summer in New England.

Best sweatpants I've owned in 69 years. They are soft and made with a heavy cotton. They wash and dry easily and can be worn most everywhere. I've already bought 4 pairs of these pants so I always have a pair ready to wear. I have both the black and the blue in a size petite small as I'm 5'1 and 123 pounds.

Was looking for a wide leg navy pant. Saw these, read reviews, so sized down. Ordered a S Tall in the navy.
5'11 - usually a M or L tall. Fits just right. Think M would've been too loose & bulky around middle. Length seems just right for my 34" inseam - skims sole of shoe so no need to hem. Navy is more of a dk greyish indigo with fading. Was originally looking for light summer pull on pant, Terry fabric means bit heavy weight, but think i'll keep them as comfy pants / jeans ;)
4* as haven't worn or washed yet ...but look like they're gonna be comfy & useful on a cool summer day :)

According to the size guide, I wear an XL. I had to order M to get a good fit. Baggy, but not 'falling off me'. Very little shrink in wash. It was a bit of a trial to find out what size in this cut I wear.
My biggest gripe is that the bottom hems roll up easily. If I'm buying baggy 'sweatpants' jeans, I had better not have to iron them for the seams to lay right.

I love the style, the inseam, and the quality. I'm 5'5" and the length is perfect. They're very comfortable and I've been wearing them almost every day to walk my dog or run errands. I took off one star because it wasn't crystal clear from the description that they're not jeans, but denim-styled terry sweatpants.
