The fit is spot on. I'm a true size small with a 36B bra size with Gap clothes. Unfortunately they didn't have my size I had to return. It's wonderfully made. Very elegant. Great for a black tie affair or a fancy restaurant night out

Purchased size petite XS but found the bust to be on the larger size. For reference my bra size is 32ddd, weight is 108 lbs and height is 5 ft. The regular size in XXS might have fit better in the bust area, but I thought the length would be too long. I am planning on wearing over a buttoned shirt, so the larger sizing might be okay.
