My daughter's favorite hoodie

My daughter loves this hoodie. Very cute on and apparently very comfortable. Fits true to size. Blue is absolutely beautiful ion-person. I bought size 12 for my 10 yo tall and thin daughter as she wanted it to be roomy. It fits her beautifully with room to grow.

Very disappointed. My daughter has had this sweatshirt for a month. She got some pen on it so I tried to clean it with a damp towel so she could continue wearing it, and the color came right off! Not what I expect for Gap quality. I tried calling customer service but they said they couldn't do anyth...
