This military style jacket runs big!

I am 5'9" tall and weigh around 180 pounds. I ordered a medium, and it felt like an XL jacket. The sleeves were very long and baggy, and the jacket was very loose around my torso. I ordered the small, and it fit like a medium jacket, so I returned the medium.
