I am normally a Large Tall in Most Old Navy products (XL in most other brands with exception of Eddie Bauer). I ordered this Gap Flannel in LT but was crazy long at 34" from neck/shoulder to bottom hem. I opted for the regular Large instead and fit great. Sizing with Gap and Old Navy have been wildl...y inconsistend between fabrics, type of products, and even identical products with lack of QC. I would ideally just try them on in store comparing the L to the LT but unfortunately they never sell tall sizes in store so have to put it on a card and order 2 or even 4 if trying the XL sizes and keep the 1 that actually fits. Painful process but the only way to actually try things on size I cant trust the labeled sizing.
Normally, I love Gap flannels. I bought two from this season's collection and they both ran very big on me. I tried shrinking both and neither really shrunk at all. I wear a large and these definitely fit more like an XL even after a trip to the dryer.

Perfect fit for my husband! He likes his flannels on the more standard relaxed fit and these are perfect. Pockets are nice and a great comfortable fit for him. They do run a little long so keep that in mind.
