The puffer jacket looks longer in the picture. My grandson is tall in the torso not legs. Regardless he loves the jacket because it is lightweight and easy to wear and carry. I love ordering from Gap. Easy and satisfying , arrival is quick and quality is tops!!

Perfect lightweight jacket for my boys (13). Kind of item that has survived being rolled into a ball and shoved in a backpack or locker. Check size carefully, however, as XL is 12 and XXL is 14-16. Just a little different sizing from alternatives I compared it to.

My boys love these coats. They are comfy, lightweight, warm, and stylish. They will happily put them on and wear them without complaining (you know kids and being "too cool" for coats - ha!). I bought this XXL for my 13 year old but the sizing seems off. He is 5'6" and about 105lbs and the body of the coat *just* fit him but the sleeves were way too short. My 11 year old inherited it. He is 4'11" and 70lbs and he probably has two winters to enjoy it. So I am not sad because my youngest can wear it but if you don't want to return it or don't have someone else to wear it, do double check the sizing or maybe try it on in store.
