Made incorrectly?

5'2 and 105lbs. Ordered a petite 24. I would say they run a bit big as I'm typically a 25 these days, although they fit me well. However, something weird is going on with the inner leg - the inseam is shorter than the outside length, so they do this weird thing at the bottom and they aren't as baggy...

Subtle barrel shape and a high rise make this a great fit for me. I'm 5'7" and opted for the tall version which hits just below my ankle. I also sized up in the waist. I'm usually a 12 but I found it too tight. The 14 was perfect.
