This really is a cute dress, but it's too short to be worn in a professional environment, and it's too "business-y" for me to want to wear as a casual everyday item. I'm 5'4", and when I stood stand straight up, the dress hits 2-3 inches above my knees. Unfortunately, as soon as I raise my arms or... bend at the waist at all, it becomes much shorter. A few things that may be useful to others: First, the gray herringbone fabric includes wool. I think it was 29% wool according to the tag. Second, the pockets are real (though stitched shut... you can unstitch them). It really is a nicely made item, but it's just too short.
Dress is cheaply made. No pockets. Ill fitting. Cheap fabric and color. I usually love gap dresses, but seems Old Navy and Gap have switched products. Now Gap is cheaply made and Old Navy seems better quality.

Perfect! At 6ft tall I struggle to find mini dresses at a length I can actually wear, but this is everything I hoped it would be. I ordered an L Tall and it fits pretty true to size and hits at mid-thigh.

As others have suggested, quite plain, but cute; something to throw on, on a hot day. Wish there were pockets! Also, love the chocolate brown which is so hard to find in clothes.

Love the idea of this dress but the fit was off. It looked shapeless like a potato sack. I wish it also had pockets. The material was nice I just wish it looked more flattering on. I ordered xs and small. The xs was too snug. Stick with your regular size.
