    Cabo green hoodie

    This hoodie is soft and it fits a little oversized but overall my kiddos loved it. The color is cute but it has a white faded look mixed to it. At first I thought there were white stains on it but as I look at the pink on I see there is a faded look to that one too. It's cute and soft enough to over... look.

    Product came damaged

    I had been fan of Gap sweatshirts and sweatpants for my toddler. So I ordered two more sets and one came fine, but the other one rather damaged, with spots all over the sweatshirt.Joggers still look fine but hoodie was spotted and looked old. So now I have go and print out label and be in queue to r...eturn a damaged product, extra work on me, as the closest outlet near me won't accept the online order return and Gap will not arrange a home pick up. ** Though this happened first time with Gap , and the rest part of order was absolutely fine ,but I will think twice going online and ordering again.

    I ordered the ripe-orange item for my daughter but received the baby-blue one instead. After chatting with customer service, I was only offered a refund if I returned the incorrect item—no option to simply receive the correct color but also inconvenienced needing to mail the incorrect item.
