I should have known better on the sizing. Normally, for GAP and BR, I wear a size small in the shirts and XS in t-shirts. I'm 5'9". 135 lbs and bra size is 36c. Always worried on button up shirts laying "flat" across my chest. I ordered the black in a Medium based on other reviews. It was nice b...ut "ballooning". After washing I was hoping it would shrink. It didn't. I ordered a White version in Small and, it's almost perfect. Definitely not ballooning. I'm donating the black version to a clothing charity. All in all, a great shirt but do be aware of the sizing.
Wow! Very disappointed with this. I have other button down shirts from Gap that I love, but this shirt totally missed the mark. I love that it's cotton, however the material is very thin. Any bra/cami you use will show through the shirt. I felt like my undergarments were on blast while wearing this ...shirt. Additionally, this shirt is not friendly for those with a bigger chest. I was able to button, but couldn't properly move my arms around. I did not want to order a size up in this because everywhere else on my body the shirt fit fine. Too bad this didn't work for me.

Always in the need of basics, I bought this shirt in black and white. Tye blackness to get better quality. The labels are a hit different; wish the white shirt I received was of the same transparency as the black; unfortunately it was thinner. Hence 4 rather than 5 stars. On the plus side, they were packaged individually, in plastic bags. Seems like only Gap (not the outlet or Old Navy options) does this consistently.
