The jeans, themselves, are great. That's not the best part. The best part is, the service/assistance I received in finding them. The associate went out of her way in understanding what I was looking for in fit and style (no small feat, given I'm GenX and today's world of fashion is NOTHING like mine!). She was patient, completely engaged, personable and professional. After settling on '90s Loose AND Baggy, as well as some jeans for my girlfriend, we were escorted to the associate at the register who went out of her way to explain some purchasing options. Long story short; we saved a considerable amount of money. More importantly, we came away with a WOW experience! And yes, we WILL be back!

I bought these jeans for my son in August 2024, expecting the usual Gap durability. Less than a year later, there's already a hole in the back pocket and another forming on the left. These were only worn for regular daily use—not rough play. I used to trust Gap for long-lasting kids' clothes, but this was disappointing. Not the quality I expected.

I purchased a pair of boys' jeans from Gap in August 2024 for my 15-year-old son, expecting the durable quality your brand is known for. Unfortunately, the jeans have not held up as expected. Less than a year later, there is already a hole in the back pocket and another one forming on the left pocket. I chose Gap specifically because of the reputation for long-lasting, well-made clothing, especially for active kids. I'm disappointed that these jeans have worn out so quickly with regular use.

The jeans fit well and have plenty of leg room. I appreciate the waistline is high enough so when you bend over there are no surprises. I wish the "distressing" process didn't fray the bottom cuff as much as it did but I still like the jeans.
