Wash black leans more towards grey-ish black. Black wash is exactly like a black washed jeans fade/worn look. I love them both. It's the 2nd time I've purchase the famous light blue denims. Something about the fade of denim - It doesn't have that genuine vintage/denim touch, it looks doesn't look li...ke an authentic blue denim, more like a dyed blue. I only purchased those 3 colors. I didn't even bother with the dark denim. I'm a denim head, even if I was to spend money on a more selvedge denim to have a good blue fade or a denim company that has a better blue denim fade. The best part they got the wide leg fit on the spot….compared to Levi's 501, but the 90 loose leg openings much wider. On the denim waist size is only an inch loose for me. But the over fit is loose from the butt down.
I bought a pair of these jeans a year ago and finally decided to get two more pairs because I loved the fit so much. When the two new pairs arrived they were both about a size too long in length and were dragging on the floor. Keep in mind I bought the same size I did a year ago. Since I do really l...ike these jeans I wanted to keep them and I decided to get them tailored which set me back $55. It was really weird because the two new pairs I purchases varied in length from EACH OTHER. I guess this is just a factory issue, but the pair I bought a year ago fit perfectly and I was disappointed to see a great pair of jeans ruined.

I am Gen xer who has worn button fly jeans most of my life. These "buttons" are ridiculous. They are smaller than normal and the holes are small and hard to get the buttons in and out of. These button fly are not something to wear on a date that you potentially want to get out of wearing quickly or at all… redesign needed… Returning these and would not recommend.

These jeans are awesome! True to size and very comfortable. It has buttons instead of a zipper which can be tougher for some people.

The fit is absolutely wonderful, not too baggy but obviously still quite relaxed. The wash is beautiful and the quality of the denim really is impressive for the price point. Can't wait for these jeans to come out in more washes.

I ordered these jeans for my son for Christmas and he really liked them. unfortunately a seam split open after he had only worn them a few times. They weren't at all tight on him. I reorded these and two other colors. The package arrived with only two of the three pairs and GAP refuses to refund my money for the missing pair or send them to me. I had two orders that were missing items last year. Apparently GAP will only make things right twice before they expect you to start paying for their mistakes. The new pair that I received is two inches shorter than it's supposed to be. It says 32 inseam but I measured it and it's only 30. I will have to send them back. The GAP has really gone downhill!
