I ordered this in pink and white and they are my fav summer tops so far. I love the way they drape; flirty and flowy. They are a nice linen cotton blend and opaque enough to wear a seamless bra underneath (thank you!) The pink color is so beautiful, a blue based pink and so flattering. I also love t...he small fold on the cap sleeve, it a very flattering fit. A little longer in the back. Super cute and timeless. I was asked to submit a review for a sweepstake but would have received this anyway bc I love it so much. I'm 5'5' and a 36D and this drapes beautifully in the chest. Thank you gap! 😎
I bought multiple sizes (XS and XXS) and colors and had to return all. The arm holes are very large which wouldn't be so bad if they would lay flat, but they are oddly cut and don't lay down. The colors were nice, but the trim around the neck was thick and not nice. I even tried down sizing to an xx...s, but the chest became too tight. Would be ok if the arm holes were proportionate or cut correctly. It's not about showing skin, it's about it draping nicely which they don't. Returned

The Modern Shell Tank Top is *the* perfect white tank top: soft and not transparent, which is extremely hard to find! I'm so sad that these tanks have been out of stock for so long and really hope that Gap brings them back. I have been unable to find another tank top as perfect as this one. I would love to see at least the white one be restocked, especially in tall sizes (since the regular is too short/cropped to tuck into pants).

The color of this striped tank top is vintage black stripe. But the stripes are a brown color, possibly because it's vintage. But it does not match with black shorts. I got it on final sale otherwise I would have returned it.
