I ordered my pre pregnancy size and it fit perfectly during and after pregnancy. There is room to grow since the fabric is stretchy and it is full coverage for my chest and provides optimal support. I'm 5'11 150lbs (Pre pregnancy) with 36DD/38D bra size while nursing and the medium fit perfectly!
