Ran into Gap with an emergency and needed a pair of black jeans. Funds were tight and I was frantic in the store and an employee helped me, we went straight to the sale rack. I didn't have high hopes but she made it happen for me. I didn't think the jeans would fit me good since I am short. But the... moment I tried them on they were perfect. The fit, the length, the high waist and a dark solid black. The price fit just in my budget. I was so grateful for her and so happy she found those cheeky jeans. I plan on buying more in different colors.
These jeans have mixed reviews and I was very confused on what size to order. For reference I'm 5"6, 147lbs., 27 1/2 waistline. On the slim fit I usually order a 6 (28) R. Since a lot of the reviews stated the jeans sun small I went for a 30R. I was looking for a loose fit jeans so I didn't mind if ...they were a little big on me. When I first tried it on I was please although there was a gap on my waisttline. Jeans are really a straight fit, not too wide or skinny. After wearing them a whole day, boy these jeans stretched out! After one wear they went up a size and now is really loose around my waist. I think a 29 would've been better. Fabric on the black one is light and stretchy unlike the darker blue wash. I noticed the sizes varied depending on the color.

These are my favorite jeans and I recommend them to everyone. I have had 4 kids, two of those being twins, and these help hide the mom pooch really well. They slim the butt, but aren't too tight in the waist. My proportions can be weird, but these fit the just right. Highly recommend to grab a pair when they're on sale. Super affordable then!

I love the style but I'm a size 6 everywhere else and the 10 is tight on the waist fits but stiff and looser appropriately for a straight leg everywhere else. Just frustrated with a 2-3 size difference.

It doesn't seem like many others are experiencing this, but the sizing was pretty off for me. I ordered these in my regular size which is a 27 petite and then I exchange for a 26 petite because my usual size was a little large and not flattering. The smaller size came in, I tried it on and immediately knew that they were way too tight around the waist area, so it doesn't look like any sizing would work for me in these.

I like cur of these jeans, but the sizing is strange. The black fits bigger than the blue so I had to return and size down. Also, the jeans all fit very short. I'm 5'9" and had to reorder tall in both just to get to a regular length.

Great fit and cut in solid black is work appropriate, but the waist is a tiny bit proportionally tighter than the hips. SiZe down.
