The item didn't meet my expectations and I wanted to return it. Thing twice before you purchase anything from 3d party brand! Gap customer support is NOT helpful. You will need to submit a return form by answering a few questions. Then, they say you will hear from Gap customer service. It's been 7 days and they they never got back to me. Also, I called Gap, I told them about the issue. The item is still here, not returned. You will waste your time with no resolved return problem. Never again!
