Shirt Came Up Two Inches Short!!!

I ordered this heavyweight t-shirt in the same size, same day, and the same order. I was disappointed when I received my order because one of the t-shirts was about 2 inches shorter than the other. What happened to quality controls???

I love how soft it is, and I like how it's cropped but not too much—just enough to give a modern look. I suggest sizing down. I usually wear my tops in small, and I needed an XS with this t-shirt; though that might just be a personal preference with the fit. #sweepstakes

Great shirt! I'm not sure what Gaps business model is supposed to be? Every time they make a product I like, it sells out and they never restock it. I know fashion is supposed to change with the seasons but it seems like some basics should be staples, especially if they're very clearly shown to be in demand and sell out quickly.
