Oversize Look AND shrank in wash

Height 6'3"

Didn't realize until it arrived that the cut is for the oversized look. I prefer clothes that look like they fit. They then shrunk in the wash, so now the sleeves are short, even though the shoulder line is 1/3 of the way down my arm. Not my style, and what kind of hoodie shrinks I'm a normal wash style!?
