The shirt is great but the sizing is quite odd. I'm 6'1 185 lbs with an atheletic build. The medium was way too tight in the arms and chest but the large fit more like an xl. I have had quite a few of these sizing inconsistencies now between the Gap and Banana Republic.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
