I love this dress! I needed something for my bachelorette/rehearsal dinner and this will be perfect. So flattering. I will say the sizing is different than previous gap purchases. I ordered a black strapless dress last season in a large petite and the fit is perfect. I ordered this dress in a large ...petite and it was very loose. I ended up sizing down to a medium petite and the fit is exactly what I was hoping for! So maybe size down in this.
I'm 5'11 and purchased a medium tall. Straps are so short, even let out all the way that I can barely wear them- they pull the bodice up under my arm pits. They also attach weird and cause top to roll- you can see the seems and they look cheap. Dress is ok as a strapless dress and fits well otherwis...e. Was glad to see a tall option, although it still hits mid calf, so more midi than maxi. At least the bodice is long enough.

I like the blue version of the dress with its soft mixed media fabrics. And it has pockets! I'm glad I followed the reviews and went with the smaller size (I'm between sizes at GaP at the moment) as you want it to be fitted up top. This dress is awkward for me to put on and get it situated. The straps sometimes revolt. Once it's positioned It's pretty comfortable and very breathable.

It's very big for its size and creases easily . I'm 5,5 130 and got a small and I would have needed 5 size bigger chest area to hold it up . I tried for a hour to steam it and could not get the creases out

Nice breezy and comfortable summer dress. It fits a bit bigger in the top. You could size down since it's elastic.
