I was excited to receive these pants, but I'm extremely disappointed and frankly disgusted by what I found. The pants arrived with a used panty liner attached inside. This is a serious hygiene and quality control failure that's completely unacceptable for any retailer, let alone a major brand like Gap. When I contacted customer service, they offered only a return as a solution, despite me explaining that getting out of the house wasn't feasible for me at the moment. No alternative accommodations were offered. This experience raises serious concerns about Gap's quality control processes and their handling of contaminated merchandise. Beyond being disgusting, this is a health hazard. I genuinely liked the pants themselves, which makes this even more disappointing. Gap needs to implement better quality control checks before shipping, train staff to handle these situations with more urgency and accommodation, and take hygiene concerns seriously. I cannot recommend ordering from Gap online until they address these quality control issues.

Purchased in petite and they fall perfectly; the wide leg is not at all overwhelming and they are not baggy looking, but rather very flattering. The denim is heavier than I expected and while it's comfortable, I wouldn't describe it as ultra soft (it feels like standard jeans denim).
