I happened to see one of these in-store and tried it on. It was one size smaller (L) than my usual (XL) but I liked it so much, I opted to order it online. I almost went up a size (XXL) above my usual because my bust and the side zip. I figured I could have it altered. The neckline and seamed bust ...lines/cups can be a major miss for me. But to my surprise, it fits beautifully in my usual size (14/16 or XL). I'm a 36H and the XL fit. I'm 5'11" so the tall fits perfect and i actually slipped it on over my head without unzipping it. I'm so happy I got this. It'll need something under it for work (silk tank) but will be great for dinner. Expect I'll wear it year round with booties, knee highs, denim jacket or cardigan, sandals, etc. This was a win for me much to my surprise. Feeling lucky and excited to wear it.
This dress is my biggest let down in long time. I was so excited but unfortunately it didn't work out. I'm 6'0", 175 lb, and wear a size medium/10 tall usually. I tried this in the medium and while it zipped up, it was too snug around the waist and uncomfortable. Loved the fabric so much and the cut...e details around the neckline and the sleeves. Sadly, the large tall was just weird. The seams going down and under the bust line were oddly low and made unsightly bulges of fabric. Super strange. I wanted this one to work out but unfortunately both are going back. The length is great for the tall ladies, so if you can get the sizing right you will be good to go! Lovely print and lovely silky fabric.

Beautiful satin dress, better in person than expected. Material is lightweight, but very comfortable. V-neck cut with lace trim is flattering, and nice detail on sleeves (slight puff sleeve with lace trim). Bought size XXS (height 5'2, weight 115lbs). Perfect fit, and length was perfect right above the ankle. Does have the side zipper as well.

Beautiful silk dress. Light weight material, but very soft. Bought the black/grey floral combo in size XXS (measurements 5'2, 115lbs). Was skeptical in the sizing, as my normal size is XS at Gap, however XXS fits perfectly! Length is just right, goes just above the ankle. Nice v-neck, and cut perfectly for added definition above the waist-line. Small puff sleeves without being over the top, and lace trim along the sleeves and neckline. Overall beautiful dress for any occasion.

This is a beautiful dress, if you can get the right size. Ordered small petite, a little tight in cleveage area.Order a Medium petite, worked out well. Went ahea and ordered different color in M Petite and this one was down to my ankles (longer than other one) Also, this dressed had been used. No tags, smelled of perfume and I found a safety pin in clevage area which made a hole on the dress. Quality control is almost nonexistent at Gap these days. I buy 95% of my clothing here. These days have to buy two or three of the same item in the same size to get the fit right. No consistency in sizing. Shame beacause I do like the styles :(
