gapcanada.ca/I am very disappointed. I ordered 15 of these for my team and was so excited! Unfortunately mine ripped after the first use so I am now unable to use it. After speaking to Gap they said the only option is to ship it back for them to review it and potentially refund me but I do not have the time to do that and the reason I got the bags were to customize them so I have now put patches on my bag I can't just remove, so if I gave it back I would lose all of them.
